Zeptometrix Anti-HTLV-II gp46 Clone 73/4.9.8 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human T-Lymphotropic Virus Type II (HTLV-II) surface protein, gp46. Cross reactivity with the surface protein of HTLV-I has been observed. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free culture supernatant by concentration and protean A chromatography. The antibody is greater than 85% pure as determined using denaturing polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin in phosphate-buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti-HTLV-II gp46 (clone 73/4.9.8) exhibits reactivity with viral lysates using solid-phase enzyme immunoassay and immunoblotting. It also reacts with HTLV-II infected cell lines using indirect immunofluorescence. |
