Zeptometrix Anti-HTLV-I p24 Clone 46/3.24.4 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human T-Lymphotropic Virus Type I (HTLV-I) core protein. Cross reactivity with HTLV-II p24 has been observed. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin at a concentration of approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti- HTLV-I p24 (clone 46/3.24.4) exhibits reactivity with viral lysates examined using Western blotting and ELISA techniques. The antibody immunoprecipitates core protein from radiolabeled infected cell extracts. |
