Zeptometrix Anti-HIV-1 p24 Clone 32/5.17.76 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human Immuno-deficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) p24 protein. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin in phosphate-buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti-HIV-1 p24 (clone 32/5.17.76) exhibits reactivity with HIV-1 infected cultures using indirect immuno-fluorescence. It also exhibits reactivity with viral lysates examined using Western blotting. In addition, the antibody immuno-precipitates p24 protein from radiolabeled infected cell extracts. It also may be useful as a solid phase immunoadsorbent for affinity purification of p24. |
