Zeptometrix Anti-HIV-1 p24 Clone 39/5.1.23 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) p24 protein. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin at a concentration of approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti-HIV-1 p24 (clone 39/5.1.23) exhibits reactivity with HIV-1 infected cultures using indirect immunofluorescence. It also exhibits reactivity with viral lysates examined using Western blotting. In addition, the antibody immunoprecipitates p24 protein from radiolabeled infected cell extracts. |
