Zeptometrix Anti-HIV-1 p17 Clone 32/5.8.42 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) p17 protein. The antibody is of the IgG2a subclass and has been purified from protein-free cell culture supernatant by protein A chromatography. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti-HIV-1 p17 (clone 32/5.8.42) exhibits reactivity with HIV-1 infected cultures using indirect immunofluorescence. No reactivity against HTLV-I infected cells has been detected. When tested under Western blotting versus viral lysates, antibody shows a strong reaction with HIV-1 p17 core protein. |
