Zeptometrix Anti-HIV-1 p17 Clone 32/1.24.89 (100ug or 1mg)
This murine monoclonal antibody reacts with Human Immunodeficiency Virus Type 1 (HIV-1) p17 protein. The antibody is of the IgG1 subclass and has been purified from serum-free cell culture supernatant by ammonium sulfate precipitation. The antibody is supplied as purified immunoglobulin in phosphate buffered saline. MONOBODIES Anti-HIV-1 p17 (clone 32/1.24.89) exhibits reactivity with HIV-1 infected cultures using indirect immunofluorescence. It also exhibits reactivity with viral lysates examined using Western blotting. In addition, the antibody immunoprecipitates p55gag precursor from radiolabeled infected cell extracts. |
